Default Veronica Lake Films On Blu-Ray

My favorite actress, certainly from Hollywood's "golden age" is Veronica Lake. I thought I'd start this thread as a continuing archive for all her blu-ray films that have been released or might yet to be released.

Her filmography is below. I have not included any shorts or TV series appearances. Blue colored type means the film is currently available on blu-ray. If you are as smitten with the delectable Veronica as I am, then check back now and then. I will do my best to keep the thread updated.

Miss Susie Slagle's (1946) Not currently available on DVD or blu-ray.

As can be seen, many of Veronica's film have yet to appear. Not just on blu-ray but on DVD as well! Here's hoping we get a chance to own some more of these titles in the future.

It's a shame so many of her films aren't available on DVD/BD.

Also, not sure if you're counting international releases, but The Glass Key is available in Germany:

Thanks for the link! Yeah, it is a shame. I'm hoping we might at least get a "Veronica Lake Box" someday or something that contains some of her mid 40's films. You'd think just on her sex appeal and persona they could market and sell a "Golden Hollywood" set honoring her. Maybe we'll still get one.

I was initially just searching the US releases, but thanks for the link, I may update that one to reference the Germany blu.

Got that just last week, not watched it yet, but I've had the Criterion DVD with the artwork you mention for years.

It's a shame there isn't more Veronica on BD. There's Kim Basinger in LA Confidential I suppose!

I've watched The Blue Dahlia and This Gun For Hire recently. While TBD is OK / good movie, TGFH is a truly awesome one. There's no doubt in my mind that Le Samouraļ was influenced by this movie.

On a side note, Ladd and Lake gotta be shortest movie couple of all time.

Good news for VL fans.

The Blue Dahlia and The Glass Key are getting the UK BD releases in September from Arrow. Still no news on This Gun for Hire.

I want FLESH FEAST on Blu! Also, that penultimate film she made in Canada, the snowbound one.
