yea the ps3 has a slow web browser (maybe due to it being wireless) but the wiis is much faster and more user friendly.

it works alot faster if you plug it up using an ethernet cable but it does have one... it works a little bit weird though... takes a while to get used to using your analog sticks to type...

I've tried using PS3's web browser to use Apple.com's Movie Trailer page to finally watch those HD Quicktime trailers in the manner appropriate , but I can never get past the front-page--
(Trying to Java up the subpage for "By Studio" or "Just HD" keeps reloading the front Trailers page)

...Anyone else get past it, or where do users usually go for HD Movie Trailers on the cheap/free?

(And FTR, Apple USB keyboards work very nicely in the second slot, as does Apple Airport wireless for those who don't like Ethernet cables.)

I use mine fairly often but wish Sony would update it more often. Some Flash sites work, some don't. Surely if they kept it up to date all of them would run?

I have a cheap USB keyboard too which makes entering URLs so much easier!

On the whole I think the browser is very good, but could be better. I get irritated being asked nearly every time I browse whether I want to load the plug in, why don't they just have an option you can tick to say whether you want them loaded!! Usually they are for ads, and I don't run them.

I've also use mine to download podcasts in MP3 format, and don't forget you can save any image on the screen.
