This is going to be one of those cases where I'm going to have to read multiple positive reviews before buying.

I could be wrong, but I don't see Troma shelling out big money to do high def remasters or restorations.

I'm not a fan, but Poultrygeist was shot on 35mm. So there's no reason it shouldn't look better than the DVD.

Toxic Avenger 1 and 2 (UNCUT) and Cannibal! The Musical.

Gotta love the Trey Parker and Matt Stone musical. I only like 3 musicals. This, Meet the Feebles and The Rocky Horror Picture Show. Need'em all on Blu-ray.

100% agreed-- not only that, Tromo usually did pretty lousy mastering of the dvd releases as well..... grainy, full frame, etc etc

Interesting....I really can't see Troma having a use for this as most of their stuff is pretty low grade, but I won't complain.

Bring on Toxic Avenger and Class of Nuke Em' High.

Well, if the grain and 4:3 format is intended, I have no problems with it.

Omg! I thought the day would never come! I'm pretty sure I'll stick with the DVD's as I don't watch my Troma DVD's very often.. I have Canibal the Musical, Toxic Avenger 2, Redneck Zombies and I used to own Fatty Drives the Bus but I felt so dirty owning that piece of crap I gave it away

Poultrygeist on Blu is a maybe

All I want is Terror Firmer and Suicide. They can keep the rest of the crap they make.

Splatter University isn't a Troma movie.

I only enjoy a handful of Troma's properties, most of its the stuff that they purchased rather than actually made.

Cannibal the Musical and Lollilove spring immediately to mind.

I'll definitely be picking up Tromeo & Juliet and Class of Nuke 'Em High... crossing my fingers for blus of Terror Firmer and Combat Shock, both of which would just rule honestly. While I've already got the special edition SD DVD of Combat Shock, it's one I would definitely upgrade.
