Default Spider-man 1 & 2 single layer?

Is this correct? Very surprising, if it is . . . they say both Spiderman 1 & 2 are BD-25's . . . kind of odd to me, but the reviews are good, so I guess it doesn't matter.

That would certainly explain the lack of PCM on the first 2

Doesn't look like it's hobbled them at all though

It's 50gb. Spider-Man 2 has seamless branching to incorporate the extended 2.1 version, so I would expect nothing less than this anyway:

Both films use dual layered discs. Bill must have made an assumption they're BD25s because the discs are featureless, assuming he knows how to tell the difference.

Bill Hunt isn't the reviewer, it's Greg Suarez.

Hey guys, does anyone know if it's been confirmed that 1 and 2 will be rereleased individually with bonus features at a later time, or is that just speculation?

I think it is pretty obvious. They are bundling the new PS3's with Spidey 3 so what do they expect those people to do? Buy the whole trilogy when they already have the third movie?

your getting the 3rd movie for free if you really think about it and then you could just trade it in at gamestop and they will give you about maybe about $8 to about $12 for it

Regardless it still puts people in a situation. I would bet the farm on them re-releasing the first two with the special features and everything just when is the question.

i just traded in resident evil apocalypse blu-ray just yesterday at the gamestop i work at because of that trilogy coming up soon and also at my gamestop i am still trading in dvds. i dont know if its your area or what i do know this my gamestop wont give out cash for blu-ray, hd-dvd's, or dvds just store credit. i keep hearing that a lot but my gamestop accepts them and gives you a good amount of store credit for blu-ray movies trade ins. you should ask your gamestop because i guess some do some dont

of course they will release the films separately with all the special features. the only reason they haven't done it yet is to get people to buy the box set and because they don't have the special editions of the first two films ready in time for the big christmas season. the double dip is coming. count on it.
