Lionsgate Crank Blu-ray problems

I own the original Crank release (in new condition) and the title menu will load, but the film does not. I press play and my player slowly skips through the first three minutes, them it plays fine for ten seconds and skips again? Has anybody else had problems with this disc?

They're probably not going to replace your disc. Despite having the Twilight and Hunger Games franchises, they're still much smaller than the traditional Hollywood studios and have been quite stingy with how they handle the consumer market. (Then again, much of their catalog is usually sold for between $4 to $10 new/sealed.)
