Question Avatar: The Last Airbender [Animated Series]

Hello everyone,

I have a couple of questions about the original series about the Avatar:

I have only recently watched this (with, sorry, a download) and I absolutely love this series.
Now, I want to buy it on home-video, but for now it's only out on DVD.
This might be fine for the way it was originally broadcast, in SD and 4:3.
But I really wonder, would there be an HD-version for BD some time?

Also, would it be possible to be remastered in 16:9?
Or would that mean they'd have to re-shoot the whole series in a wider frame?

OR, was there never drawn more than what's within the 4:3-frame?
It does seem like it was made for 4:3, unfortunately, as there never seemed to be anything "out of view".
And I say it's unfortunate, because the epic storytelling and the visuals of the events deserve a bigger picture.

Luckily the followup-series will be in widescreen, but I'll have to see what that one's like.
Maybe we could expect a release of the Avatar on BD when the next series hits TV?

Greetings.
