Thumbs down Philips BDP9000Bought
Purchased Philips Blue-Ray July, one week later had to have a firmware update. This worked until October when I purchased 2 discs which would not play. 100 minutes on the phone (mostly on hold) and two replacements shipped with down level firmware and the promise of current firmware (which was a duplicate of July and then a promise of trying to get the newest firmware a part number with no date has left me totally out of sorts for Philips technical support. I now have 3 discs which will not play.
