Spider Man Trilogy not working on my player? - Blu-ray Forum

Hi
I got a PS3 and just got the Spiderman Trilogy on Blu Ray. I put in the first movie and nothing happened!!! Part 2 and 3 didn't work eather only the bonus disk from Spider man 3 is running?!?!?
Has anyone else the same problem or can anyone tell me what to do

!!!
I wanne watch Spider man

Think u need to update ur PS3 to the latest firmware.

im picking this one up but i have the 1.8 firware...do i need the 1.9 for this movies?

Bummer. o.O What if someone didn't have access to the internet for the update? Guess they would be out of luck then. Anyway, I'm in the U.S. so I still have to wait two freakin days before Spidey trilogy.

If there is an update that is out that is not on your PS3/BD player DO IT, it may fix things that you don't know about!!!!! It is there for a reason.

i own the trilogy on blu-ray, works PERFECT on my PS3.

If you call the manufacturer they will send you a disc.

spidey 3 works for me perfectly on my PS3, not even updated the firmware. I guess its a fubar disk, take it back for exchange

It was one of the first things that I thought of also, but lets hear him out. He might have legitly received faulty discs... No problem! Update your PS3... if that doesnt work, exchange them where you purchased them from and see if that helps. Welcome to the forums!

please note that you MUST update ur PS3 whenever a new firmware is available...if u dont jave internet connection,,,,check the ps3 website to see if u have the lastest one....

knock off the troll things. They wouldn't be saying "my copy doesn't work", they'd be screaming about how it looks terrible or something

THere are some online retailers that will ship discs as soon asthey get them in stock, which for many titles is up to a week early.

My suggestion to the original poster is to make triple sure you have the latest firmware update, and if that's indeed the case to return the set for a new one
