It's way too soon for Fox to have officially announced this yet, but Amazon's got pre-order listings (see button links below) that show an August 27th street date for Sons of Anarchy - Season 5. Not only that, but they're showing a $69.99 list price for the high-def Blu-ray version, and $59.98 SRP for the DVD. And we've also got early package art for both below, but keep in mind that bit it and that date might not be finalized yet.

Sucks that the US version comes out tomorrow but UK version is 3 months away if anyone gets the US version & can test out the regions & see if it plays on region B player i would be very grateful.

The review is up on the site now, but doesn't say anything about the region coding. I hope my set will pop up on monday so I can check for you.

I was surprised by the slipcover, that was a nice edition. I remember season 1 had the cardboard face.

any luck yet or still waiting for it to arrive? i've noticed some people selling on ebay australia saying they're region free... the pic shows region a on the cover but i've got a few region a discs that play fine so that's never a real indication. also all previous seasons people have reported region free so you would expect this to be no different but i'll wait to hear from you just in case.

Finally got the box today and the discs play great on my swedish PS3... So it is at least region A & B
