United Kingdom Treasured Films

Just seen on Facebook:

Quote:
Trinity signs deal with new cult collector label, Treasured Films for distribution

Graeme Lloyd from Treasured Films, is launching a new label specialising in cult collection. Andy Taylor, Commercial Director for Trinity Films, says of the plans: "We're really looking forward to working with Graeme to help bring a new, quality film brand to collectors in the UK".

"We're delighted to announce our new home video label! Treasured Films is a new independent, boutique label, dedicated to releasing some of our favourite cult films on Blu-ray.

Aiming to please the most demanding of film buffs, we will take our time in carefully selecting choice titles, lovingly restoring them whenever possible, to produce an impressive physical media ‘treasure’, that fellow collectors can proudly display on their shelves.

We will be offering desirable Limited Editions that consist of (at a minimum) quality packaging, impressive artwork, critically informing booklets and of course, well-produced extras - contributed from esteemed critics who really know their films."
Their Facebook page has teases for two releases: posters for Satan’s Little Helper and The Last Hunter.

There are a couple of posts made by "Graeme" in the 88 Films UK thread (four pages back from the most recent page) which should be posted in this thread to help establish your thread CelestialAgent which mention Satan's Little Helper and The Last Hunter.

Hopefully, Treasured Films get off to a solid start (getting the UK release of Satan's Little Helper would save me getting the US release).

Finally an UNCUT release of The Last Hunter in the UK. I wonder how it'll beat the Code Red release.

Ah, this from the same company who runs the filmtreasures.co.uk site? I've ordered a few from them and I'm sure they're local to me.

Looking forward to The Last Hunter.

Glad I could help. Thought it would be useful for some background. I'm intrigued to see what else this new boutique label has in store.

Great art.

Maybe they can bring Codename: Wildgeese uncut on blu here

As opposed to the cut version Arrow included on the Who Dares Wins blu-ray.

Good news. I hope that they focus on English language cult films like Arrow used to.

It seems a strange affair to me that so many boutique labels are based in English language countries yet choose to release mostly foreign language films.

I'm no fan of the film, but another label popping up is always good news.

Do we now have more active boutiques in the UK than our American friends have?

I doubt it, think of how many partner labels Vinegar Syndrome has alone.

Well, here goes nothing...couldn't have done anymore!

My utmost thanks to anybody who purchases a copy - you won't be disappointed - and all profit goes to securing the next title!
