I did a comparison several weeks ago, and I don’t actually think there’s any difference between them (except for overlays).

88 did release Cannibal Terror of which Franco contributed to the screenplay & was uncredited for it.

(1970) and Home Before Midnight (1978), all presented here in brand new HD restorations, and featuring an arresting array of exclusive extras, including brand-new interviews with Walker himself.

I'll believe it when I see it, but they have confirmed The Whip and the Body is a new restoration, so that at least confirms they've been able to do a new scan of a Screenbound-owned title.

Thanks BarnDoor I completely missed that info. I do have the Redemption discs but it would be worth a double dip if they are improved.

And that release only had SDH subtitles for the French track, so there is room for improvement there too.

Are the subs for the English track or the original French audio? If for the latter then that's an improvement, even if for HOH, over the Severin release which has NO subs at all.
