That's an insane collection!

I don't have much - got a signed Metallica album and I'm going to get a signed Dream Theater album when I go to a meet and greet before their gig next month!

Dude, those are pretty sweet! Not sure if I'd want a drumstick that contributed to St. Anger but it's all good.

Thanks tompain
I know what you mean Psychonaut, St Anger wasn't their strength but I've always been a fan of the band in good & bad times, long live Metallica

That's a wicked collection SSLAYERR! I don't collect anything like that myself, but I do have a few music-themed posters that I've had framed.

St. Anger had some good songs but they just weren't as good of songs from previous albums.

Not to beat a dead horse, but I was more referring to the drum sound. Regardless, it's an awesome wall. Wish I had something like it in my house.

Old thread, but searched to make sure I didn't duplicate a post....

I've had this for about 10.5 years (August 2003), but I finally got it signed tonight. It's from a band called Reggie and the Full Effect, which is basically the lead singer, James Dewees, and a random collection of people he finds who want to play. They're from KC, though I got the guitar when I lived in Atlanta, and this was their first show at home since like 2005 (the year before I moved here). I saw them a few times since, but never when it was convenient to have a guitar. Anyway, they were playing a show in a venue in a strip mall (it's actually a pretty nice place), so I thought it was perfect timing.

Plan was to get James to sign the guitar since it's my "Reggie" guitar. A bit into their set, he introduces the rest of the band and says "This is Cory on guitar. He's been in Reggie since 2003". So after the show I asked him if he was on the tour when I got the guitar, and after he said yes, I asked if he would mind coming out into the freezing cold to sign my guitar, and he gladly said yes!

Now I just need to get it rehung (and properly this time... for some reason, I've had it hanging the wrong way for the past few years).

I have 10 pics which I'll split into 2 posts.

1. Myself at age 18 before heading to the "Priest, Whitesnake, Maiden (Di'Anno on vocals)" show in Buffalo (1981).

2. Ticket stub from the above mentioned show.

Song done at the show with Di'Anno on vocals with Maiden:

3. Meeting Paul Stanley (Kiss) at a charity function in Toronto (2000).

4. Paul Stanley signed a $5 bill I had (AWESOME how he did it-Laurier has never looked so good). Also the ticket stub from seeing them in Buffalo (2000).

Never figured out how to post pictures here but here is what I got.

8 Les Claypool/Primus setlists. I got one signed by Les after a show once.
1 Gogol Bordello setlist that I got signed after show
1 John Butler Trio set list
1 STP set list
1 Steep Canyon Rangers setlist signed by band

4 drum sticks- Soulfly, Slipknot, Local H and the one John Butler used during Funky Tonight

1 Drum Skin signed by Soulfly

5 picks- Dimebag from Pantera, Jim Root from Slipknot, Max Cavlera from Soulfly, Robert Deleo from STP, Jerry Cantrell from AIC

1 Slipknot CD signed by Cory Taylor, Joey Jordison, and the spikey mask guy
1 MuDvAyNe CD signed by Chad Grey and Greg Tribbett
2 Steep Canyon Rangers CDs signed by entire band

18" cracked crash symbol handed to me from Matt McDounough from MuDvAyNe

And then a bunch of gig posters with a few of them signed.

I might of left somethings off cause some stuff isn't framed and I'm just not seeing it and it's tucked away safely in a drawer.

All signatures I got in person and all picks, sticks, set lists, drum skin and cymbol I caught in person at shows too. It helps being 6'2!!

My Chicago Blackhawks Memorabilia is about 10 times as long and was all obtained in person too!!
