Little Boy $4 million
The Water Diviner (opening in 300 standard and IMAX theatres) $900,000

That is the odd duck -- a limited release getting the IMAX treatment, lol.

Adult Beginners - Nick Kroll (hilarious) & Rose Byrne (gorgeous). That's my winner.

Early reviews make Age of Adaline sound like a charmer. I'm interested in checking it out.

It's a great film, Harrison Ford is fantastic and Blake a lively gives a surprisingly great performance. I'll be seeing it again for sure.

Yesterday, five theaters in our county were completely "taken over" for showings of 'Little Boy'. Apparently, church groups and other organizations were buying up lots of tickets for those five theaters and gave the tickets away for free to like-minded individuals.

That's one way to get a "sell out" of a bad movie!

Deadline.com says that Adaline will win Friday, but Furious 7 will win the weekend.

That's probably true that Furious 7 will pull ahead for the weekend, but I'm hoping it's Adaline that takes the top spot for the entire weekend.
