Default Stuttering picture and sound
I have a Lite-on Blu-ray burner model LH-2B1S, with Vista home premium,
I have it in a brand new, 5 days old, core 2 duo system with 2 gigs of ram, a radeon X1650 video card with 256 mb memory on it, and the latest PowerDvd Ultra Delux with all the latests patches and drivers. I updated my OS. I updated the ICHA power drivers for the core 2 duo, the video card drivers, two updates for Cyberlink, etc. I am using a clean boot, i.e., I took everything out of the start up. I put in Underworld Evolution blu ray disc. Everything stutters. I get video and sound but they run at 1/3 the speed. I also tried Spiderman 3 and got the same result. So the Cyberlink updates seems to have made the hurdle over the BD+ issues, kindof. Anyone else run into this? Or fixed this issue?
