Holy **** moments in movies

Many movies have one of those moments where you just DON'T see it coming at all. I don't necessarily mean scary moments, you know, those cheap loud noises that make you jump out your seat. If something that happens rather quickly without warning and leaves you with your jaw on the ground, or a scene that is just so awesome you can't believe it (because of the scene itself or the effects used to achieve said scene), or if you feel the need, moments that you said "holy **** that is stupid/crazy/impossible/implausible"

So what's some of your favorite/most memorable moments like that?

One of my favorites (simply because it comes out of no where and is funny as hell) is in Deep Blue Sea when Sam Jackson is talking about how he survived the mountain and all that crap, and then, BAM, shark bursts through the opening in the floor and eats him.
