Anaglyph 3D movies, DVDs and Blu-rays

Recently I discovered that you can get Friday the 13th part 3 in 3d and it uses old school 3d with red/blu glasses. Do any other blu ray movies use the red/blu 3d technology?

Really though actual 3D Blu-ray is amazing, crappy anaglyph is no comparison.

Once 3D blu ray came out, the anaglyph option was ditched fast by the studios. I had at the time (since replaced) My Bloody Valentine and Coraline in the anaglyph format.

I have a program for PC that can convert any form of 3D to anaglyph.

I'll edit when I remember what it was called.... It's been years... It was similar to Bino player which is free.

I used it to convert Jaws 3D to anaglyph when I had a pool party movie and bought a huge box of paper 3D glasses.

Hanna Montana Best of both worlds used paper glasses. I think I got that for under $1 but I never watched it.

Movies that are ONLY available on disc in anaglyph form (e.g. Found Footage, Jackass 3D) will always have that noted in the thread title, though where there is also a 3D Blu-ray this isn't always possible due to space constraints (e.g. Journey To The Center Of The Earth, My Bloody Valentine).

I have Coraline as well, when I “rediscovered” it in my collection, I asked myself what on Earth I was thinking and quickly replaced it!

Another movie that comes with anaglyph glasses is Monsters vs Aliens, but not for the main feature itself, but a 3D short that comes as an extra.

These titles were also released in some anaglyph domestic format, be laserdisc, dvd, vhs or bluray. A few others were released overseas anaglyphic as well, I recall at least one anaglyphic vhs from japan from the early 90's.
