Default Got an Awesome HT Setup - What Keeps Drawing You to Your Local Cinema?

Hey HT Fans!

Been "away" from the forums for a bit, and I am sure there are many more new, and much of the original folks here. Been very happy with our current HT set up since we moved in to our house a few years back. However, I am finding that we are drawn out to the local Cinema more and more lately.

Why? Seems the theaters are starting to understand something.

Let me first say, I still love watching a movie in our Home Theater a lot more that the regular cinema in terms of sound. That is a hard one to beat. We recently got a new theater in our area though that is close to home, has lots of free parking, stadium ASSIGNED seating with some recliners, and even couches! OMG!

AMC - Assembly Row 12, MA

Kids today have NO idea what it was like when some of us were growing up - you got to watch Star Wars in a velvet-curtain covered dive of a theater with a box screen and "sticky" stuff all over the floor! It was lucky if you could leave without part of the experience stuck to your sneaker. Ha ha.

So, with all the joy your awesome Home Theater brings you - with all the glory of HD, and Digital sound - what these days is actually drawing you out of your house to go experience the silver screen at your local cinema?

I'd love to hear what local cinemas are doing to draw you back!
