Dish Network Hillarious!

So Dish network calls me last night, they want me to switch over to their service from the cable I have now. You guys know I am a uber HD lubber so I inquire about the HD packages, the guy tells me it's 4 rooms for $44 and change for the first 10 months then $64 after that, over 40 HD channels etc. etc. etc. I keep telling him thatI need 5 rooms and is he sure I can get 5 rooms in HD on this free package and he keeps answering back with yes...4 rooms blah blah blah I'm like, no 5...and he says yes. So he then hits me with the "Refundable deposit" and I says to him, i'm not giving my CC# over the phone, he trys and reassure me several times and I tell him, if all this is free I don't see why you need my CC#. He then puts me on the phone with his "stupervisor" He trys and trys to reassure me, and I told him if theres a secure site I can log into sure, but I'm not sending my info over the phone to complete strangers with an (out of area) number on my caller ID. We then continue discussing and he recaps the outline of what I want...once again I say I need 5 HD set top boxes and he repeats "you need 5 boxes" and I says yes...I told the guy blah blah blah and then I realize I'm talking to myself...he just hung up on me.

next time these jokers call again (and they will) this is the third attempted sell on me, they are gonna get a ear full.


I guess cox cable wants my business more, because they provide me with 4 HD BOXES and a HDDVR.

Dish is a joke IMO!
