So from that I can see online, this year (2019) was the last year that the AIS gave awards for Stereography and Best 3D Feature.

In 2020 the only 3D specific award was to best 2D>3D conversion.

Sign of the times.

In 2022 they may need to reintroduce the removed categories for 2021's Avatar 2

Avengers: Endgame and Frozen 2 won awards for Best Immersive Feature (live action & animated), I wonder if that’s them future-proofing for a world where 3D films don’t exist in the mainstream.

Looks like they're favoring immersive audio and music instead of 3D now. They might as well close their society. What a shame in a year that featured two major Hollywood native 3D productions, several good 3D conversions by Disney, and a number of great 3D animations. I was really looking forward to seeing their 2020 3D picks and discovering some obscure 3D shorts and documentaries. These awards have been more and more disappointing every year.
