Universal Studios Home Entertainment has detailed its upcoming Blu-ray release of Paco Cabezas' comedy Mr. Right (2015), starring Sam Rockwell, Anna Kendrick, Tim Roth, Anson Mount, and James Ransone. The release will be available for purchase on June 7.

Official synopsis: Hyperactive at the best of times, Martha (Anna Kendrick; Pitch Perfect) has gone full-on manic since her latest breakup. She babbles, parties like a monster, cooks everything in sight — and is looking to do something terrible when she meets Francis (Sam Rockwell; The Way Way Back). To anyone else, Francis's approach would come across as creepy, but Martha can't help but be intrigued. They seem a perfect match: she's bananas, he's bananas... except he's a deadly sort of bananas. He's a professional assassin.

Francis is a hitman with a cause: he unexpectedly kills the people ordering the hits. Just as Martha begins to realize her new beau wasn't joking when he said he had to step out for a moment to shoot someone, things start heating up for Francis. His services are solicited by a dubious client who's being sought by an equally dubious FBI agent (Tim Roth; The Hateful Eight, Reservoir Dogs). As the bodies pile up, Martha needs to decide whether to flee or join in the mayhem.

They made a sequel to Grosse Point Blank, and called it ^.
I think I'm gonna love this movie! (don't even recall a local theater release, but it could have been under the radar)

FYI I was at Best Buy at opening and they didn't have any copies, and no store within 250 miles has one. And of course Amazon won't get off their lazy arse and match the price.

I know! No Target or Walmart near me seem to have it either. What's up with this release?

One of the 4 local Walmarts (Super Walmart) had 5 copies this morning for $14.96. Extremely surprised that Walmart had something that neither Target or Best Buy had on release date. Still rather expensive on Amazon.com, and Best Buy has it listed for $17.99 on their site but none in my local store either.

Thanks for posting the info. I dug up the Wal-mart.com listing and punched the item number in on the brickseek wal-mart tracker, http://brickseek.com/walmart-inventory-checker.

Shows 14.96, but every store with 0 copies. It does say there is a delay of 12-24 hours so maybe some will show up tomorrow. I'd love to find one, 14.96 is even better than BB's 17.99.

You're very welcome! I was really surprised to find one at Walmart when I didn't see any either at Target and Best Buy this morning, so I thought perhaps they delayed this release or something. $14.96 is a great price for a new release! Hope more Universal titles are released at this price lol.

As for brickseek, I've heard that it's very inaccurate for Walmart from one or two members here (even told me that it's not that accurate for Target either, though I haven't had any issues with Target so far). How did you even look the item up on brickseek for Walmart? I honestly can't even find a listing for the blu-ray on Walmart.com.

EDIT: I noticed the link that you had posted after I replied. I still can't find it by searching for the title on walmart.com, and once I clicked on your link, it shows that that "This Item is no longer available." I tried brickseek by entering that item number (50636974) and it shows that it is "Out of Stock" at every single Walmart that is around me and even at the store that I actually purchased this at. I'd definitely try to hit up your local Walmart stores (preferably superstore if you have one) and see if they have the movie. This further verifies that I will no longer use brickseek for walmart items.

I haven't had great luck with brickseek and wal-mart either, although it seems like the times where it's been wrong it's been when the item count is really low. It's good to know that yours says out of stock as well, I'll swing by on the way home and check.

That's good news. I'm going to check the store near me tomorrow. I thought of passing by today when I couldn't find it at BBY but once I saw there was no listing on the website I decided against it.

No luck for me. I went to 4 walmarts throughout the day (they're all within 25 mins of my house) and found nothing. None of them even had a dvd version.

Do stores ever get one of any movie? I went to store Friday night, picked it for $12 after an associate marked it down for having a somewhat brutalized slip.
