I bought Inferno from Amazon when it was 15.99 and when I opened it I found that it was clearly second hand, instead of sending it back (which I should have done) I kept it because the disc played fine. Later on when the price went down to 8.99 I bought another copy which was brand new, crazy.
Now I have just bought Sleeping Beauty Disney blu ray from Amazon and it was clearly second hand although it was sealed, I sent it back for replacement and just got it today, guess what, it too is second hand, there are scuffs on the case and the discs look used. This should be against the law, Amazon selling second hand stuff and passing it off as new. Does anyone know the customer service number for Amazon UK? |
