This was terrible. Saw this in theatres and it was definitly not what I was expecting it to be. For those on the fence about blind buying this, I would rent it on redbox or something first.

Agreed this was an absolutely awful movie. Slow moving(which i normally dont mind) with no real suspense or tension to build just cheap fake jump scares. the twist in this movie is absolutely ridiculous and laughable makes everything that comes before make little to no sense . Easily one of the Worst of 2016 despite Naomi Watts giving a decent performance and it being competently shot id give this one an F

When I hear about how bad a movie like this is, it actually just makes me want to watch it more.

I sometimes get this feeling too, but then I realize it's more than likely I'll be wasting two hours instead of viewing some unrecognized merit worthy genre exercise.

I actually saw this in theaters. And while not the best. I didn't totally hate it like most did. I would give it like a 3.5/5 or so.

Would I buy it release week? No. But I would pick it up down the line for cheap.

So Shut In is worthy of a blu-ray, but not The Disappointments Room.

...that's weird, since both movies are roughly on par in quality.

What got worse reviews The Disappointments Room or Underworld:Blood Wars? I'd say she needs to pick better projects but I suspect she doesn't really care; She's worth about 16 million, gets to see Kate Beckinsale everytime she looks in the mirror and always seems to be having a great time when she's interviewed.
