Finally, it appears PS3 is flexing its muscles...

Can't wait for the likes of FF13 and Haze...plus other PS3 exclusives...

Cool, thanks for the Hype meter, except I can't say I'm preordering my PS3 copy from Amazon. Even though I have their card, I will probably preorder at Gamestop (Devil Horns up) just to ensure I get it day of without too much hassle. I want to play it the day it comes out, as I have all of the previous GTA iterations. It is my favorite series of all time, for sure.

Now, if we only knew when it was coming out. The Hype meter page (When you click on that meter) still has it listed as October, which obviously is a little outdated. I hope it doesn't get pushed to Summer, because besides Burnout Paradise and Little Big Planet, I can't think of too much I want to play next year.

I't is only a matter of time before those Mongoloids that said the ps3 was a dead system will be changing their tune faster then american idol contestant during sweeps.

Wow, pretty sure last time I saw that GTA IV SE total preorder sales comparison it was the other way round. Major turn-around.

I remember posting the stat ages (4-5 months) ago and at the time, it was 2:3 (360). So, it has improved now?

It was about 66:34 in favour of the PS3 Special Edition.

THAT is outstanding and a little surprising given the 1:2 install base ratio.

I don't think I'm going to preorder this. Places like BB and CC are going to get tons of these in stock for release. This is not a game that will sit on the shelves after the release week so overstock is not a problem. I'm sure I can find a copy on my way home from work.
