Anyone pre-order GTA IV yet? - Blu-ray Forum

I went in to Gamestop earlier and reserved my copy! I'm getting the limited ed. He said it wont be out for a *****in long time, but I guess that gives me time to pay it off

shoot, I ordered and paid in full already back a couple months ago when it was suppose to come out in October.

Since its already paid and Ive basically forgotten about it, I say what the hell...why not wait longer.

I also preordered when it was supposed to come out in October...and then like 2 weeks after I preordered they announced it was delayed. SOB.

Only did it because I had $5 of Best Buy rewards that was about to expire so I used it on the preorder.

I pre-ordered months ago and the fact that it got pushed back really pisses me off. I am not sure if its true but I hear xbox has their hands all over it.

I never pre-order anything, I know I will eventually get it and I am not one of those people who has to have something on the first day. Even a title like this which I really want, it's not important for me to have it immediately, I have so many games it wouldn't be played likely on the first day anyway.
I do hope it does extremely well in sales though to shut people up who are bashing the PS3's lack of great software.

I don't mean to change the subject but after I pre-ordered Independence Day from Buy.com and noticed the delay on this website they still haven't notified me of the delay. I searched through Blockbuster.com and some other online stores but they still claim its coming out Dec.4. Whats the deal here? Are their heads still so far up their asses or what? I need an explaination

It is officially delayed to March 08

I havent pre ordered it but I might later. I never pre order games. GTA IV will be the best game of all time. It will be better on the PS3. Dont worry if you havent pre ordered because never fear Wal-Mart is near.

preordered it almost the first day i was able too. i also paid in full. getting the Limted Edtition too

I never pre-order anything. I usually can get the titles I want on release day just by walking into the store. If not, I can wait a week or 2 extra.

i usually dont pre-order, but i wanted the limited ed. and seeing as how it is limited, a reserve is necessary. Besides that the only other game I've ever pre-ordered was guitar hero III

If I'm not mistaken, the GTA IV collectors edition will include some type of case. If anyone knows more about please tell me the details

If I remember right you get a duffel bag with it. I think thats it. Maybe a second disc with special features to.

yep, its a little lock box that comes with a key on a keychain (think its a Rockstar keychain). Also comes with a rockstar duffle bag, exclusive soundtrack, art book, maybe a little more. Give me a minute, I'll find you the link

Just looked it up and you get a duffel bag, saftey deposit box with keychain, art book, and the soundtrack with the game
