MASSIVE BIG LOTS CLEARANCE SALE: Most (all?) Blu-rays and DVDs stickered at $5 seem to be ringing up $2.50. $3 DVDs are still the same price (maybe). Some stores have clearance sections or clearance stickers, but mine do not, so the only way to know the price is to scan it at the register. I've stopped updating the OP for now because it seems all of the Blus are on clearance. (If anyone reports new movies not already in the OP, I will continue to add those.) Got it and it looks like someone intentionally took a knife to the case right over where the barcode is. No good. Going to return/sell it now, as I'm OCD about stuff like that. I would assume that applies to all the others as well.

Got it and it looks like someone intentionally took a knife to the case right over where the barcode is. No good. Going to return/sell it now, as I'm OCD about stuff like that. Its done when surplus is sold to closeout stores so people (or even the store itself) dont try to return them elsewhere for full retail price. Stickers can be removed, marks can be erased. So they cut or holepunch them to make the marl permanent.

These have been showing up for a couple of weeks. If people aren't aware of how Big Lots works, they specialize in close-out merchandise and the nature of their inventory is somewhat erratic from store to store. Yes, many of these BDs are cut-outs, though some are not.
Look for a cardboard waterfall display, it should have these BDs and some DVDs of other movies.
Only movies like "I Am Number 4" and "Air Buddies" or something like that were left at the one near me. IF I saw "The Help," I'd have gotten it.
yeah, there was like, I Am Number Four, some "Buddies" dog movie, some Jonas Brothers i think, The Help, Sorcerer And The Apprentice, Race To Witch Mountain. all had slips except RTWM.
