People are making this much harder then it actually is ,there is no point in grabbing a screenshot to compare between blu ray and UHD HDR.
It would make sense if all here have computer monitors HDR capable wich is not happening annytime soon. There has been discussion about taking a photo of either format (unedited) in the same way ,just park the camera and take the shot...whats so hard about that? That way at least people see the difference as can be seen in the german magazine Audiovision. The way its going right now with "screenshots coming at a later date" is....pointless as explained above. I for one will not buy (and my friends!)cause the whole review we read here just shows us a blu ray pic as in the past ,and were not taking the risk to blind buy into UHD HDR blues (will buy without HDR day 1) cause they are tampered with. While photo's are far from perfect they WILL show you the difference in contrast,brightness and detail ,fine by me. |
