Smile Region Coding...

Hi--i know that USA and European Blu Ray discs are region coded but what about canadian discs---ive just come back from a car boot sale and a guy was selling about 30 Canadian Blu Ray movies but they have no coding details on back of sleeve----anyone know of a site that gives CANADIAN coding details--thanks.

Canada is on the same BD region as the USA - Region A. I guess it's safe to assume that it would work for your BD player as long as it's purchased in the US or in Canada.

Edit1: Ooops, I forgot the fact that you're actually from the UK, which is Region B. There are some movies though that are not region locked. I saw a link before but I can't remember where. I'll post here when I find it. Sorry about causing a confusion.

Edit2: Found the link. Here you go. http://bluray.liesinc.net/ I guess you can just check the site with the actual region coding of the movies you saw. Hopefully that helps.
