Default Bourne Trilogy

I tell you, nothing pisses me off more than seeing the Bourne movies available only in HD-DVD. Everytime I go into a BestBuy and see those three movies on HD, it makes me wanna scream...TRAVESTY!!!

Anyone feel my pain?

I frankly don't care about Uni and Para or any of the HD DVDs they come out with.

Sure do. Lets hope when blu-ray dominates the market in 2008, the last of the studio's will come over and start releasing these fine movies in the format they were intented to be show in.
I would also like to see on blu-ray;
The Mummy,
Van Helsing
Transformers
Band of Brothers
and a few others i just can't think of at this time. Hope your all having a good Christmas

True but imagine being a red supporter how crappy you would feel seeing all those great titles only available in blu.

Fortunately, I saw Bourne 3 in the theaters not that long ago, so the memory is still fresh. I have the first two on SD, but I haven't watched them in some time. But, yes, I will buy all three when they come to Blu. Otherwise, I am attempting to pretend that the Bourne movies no longer exist--for now, until they change color.

Not a fan of the films. The first one was very cool when it came out. They kinda tapered off as each new one came out.

Matt Daemon like others have said - does not do well as a tough guy.

If you need it, get a 360 with USB connection for HD HuD player...or get an A2 for $98 bucks...or you can get over it and get a life!!!

Buying a red player and buying red discs only help the war linger on. Just bite the bullet and wait. We'll win soon enough and the whole world will be Blu.

I am a fan of the Bourne series. But I accept that they are not released on Blu for now and until they are released on Blu I will enjoy them upconverted on DVD (of course as Netflix rentals ). Until the series is released on Blu I will focus on what's released on Blu and boy there are a ton of good titles to choose from.

In general, I only buy Blu-ray movies (since Dec 06). And the movies must include lossless audio before I pull out my wallet.

When they do I hope they don't use the same master that they use for HD-DVD.
I hope they re-encode at the highest bit rate for blu-ray.

Or install linux on your PS3 and buy the HDUD add-on for 360 and use that to play reds. Although why would you want to?

I too feel your pain, but I'm not so crazy about the Bourne movies that I have to have them now. I'm patient, so I can wait til they're blu.

I think that was a perfect role for Matt and made him elevate his acting game much higher than his bud Ben Afleck. I think he's had some good roles and has been selective for the most part. Yes, I'm upset that its only red for now but it will be sweet when they become available on blu-ray. Like most others I do have the first two on standard DVD from my pre-Blu days.
