Spider-Man 3 is awesome. I will never understand the hate for the film, even from Raimi himself; that maligned dancing scene was intended to be ridiculous and comical.

My main complaint about the third film, is they simply tried doing too much at once. I don't even blame Raimi for the bulk of it; Avi Arad pressured him to include Venom, which spiraled the rest downhill.

That's part of the reason I hated the third. I lost it when Peter went full emo and proceeded to do some swing dance.
