Help with PS3 Video Output... - Blu-ray Forum

So I have been using my PS3 at college, and I connect to my TV with an HDMI cable. I came home last week and now have it connected via an HD A/V cable, however nothing shows up on the screen.

I am assuming this is because I did not change the video output option in the system preferences before disconnecting but I figured it would know that no HDMI was hooked up so it should go with the regular A/V cable. However it did not so does anyone know if there is a way I can make my PS3 output video via the A/V cables without going through the main menu. Or could someone post screen shots of the menus so I can attempt to do it without actually seeing it. Any help would be awesome because I really wanna watch my christmas blu rays and play Uncharted!

Make sure that the PS3 is turned off, then press and hold the power button until you hear a second beep. This will reset the default video settings.
