I'm in, I've heard it will have some final editing, a bit different from the EPIX version. Not a huge Katy Perry fan - I hate some of her recent hits - but this tour was very impressive visually and will be a treat to see.

It is so refreshing to see a concert Blu-ray authored competently. I have so many concert releases that are encoded by idiots - either by downing the framerate to 24 fps to get 1080p, or they have a stupid decision like only having lossy audio, etc. Take Taylor Swift's Speak Now concert Blu-ray for example - only has 448 Kbps DD5.1 audio on it.

But this... 30 Mbps AVC video, 1080i60 encoding, and a 24-bit DTS-HD 5.1 track. Yum!

Not one store had the Blu-Ray.
Best Buy only had the DVD, which surprised me as they usually only have the Blu-Ray version, I thought this would be in most stores.

I was a little disappointed with the low-end on this blu-ray. It sounded lathargic on my system (with a SVS Ultra sub). Otherwise, the audio was fantastic and the visuals were stunning.

The colors and visuals for this concert are freakin' epic, and Katy has never looked better.

If you're even a passive fan of Katy Perry, you should pick this up.
