This movie definitely needs a Blu-ray release. Saw this film when it first released and Really enjoyed it.

Sadly it's with Disney now and they haven't put many Fox catalog titles out on Blu-ray. Matthau/Lemmon were such a great comedy duo. This is a good movie and fun. I would buy it on Blu-ray. I was surprised we got The Odd Couple 2 on Blu-ray. This and My Fellow Americans need Blu-ray releases. Got the Grumpy Old Men DF BD. Such fun movies their on screen chemistry is right up there with Carrey/Daniels. They had a nice little string of movies there in the 90's.

Also need Buddy Buddy, the last Billy Wilder film with them too. Even if it's not great.

I really enjoyed Out to Sea as well. Matthau and Lemmon were in top form as usual, but I also really liked Brent Spiner as the weasel-ish cruise director, Gil Godwin. He stole almost every scene he was in, and you could tell he really enjoyed doing something different aside from Star Trek.

Out to Sea is great. Apparently it was supposed to be Grumpy Old Men 3 but they changed it for whatever reason. Spiner is hilarious as are Lemmon/Matthau. I forgot it's a Fox title.

Always crack up at this line...

Gil Godwyn : "Is that cologne, or Armor All?"
Charlie : "That's close, close. It's cologne, but I bought it at a gas station."

No clue as to why My Fellow Americans has not gotten at least a Warner Archive BD. As for this one it's obvious why there is no BD, Disney. I would love to have both Out To Sea and My Fellow Americans get BD releases.
