E.T.: 35th anniversary - Blu-ray Forum

I picked up the E.T. 35 anniversary 4k/blu-ray/Digital HD edition of this one. Very nice release. My problem is it appears the digital HD wasn't included in my copy. No code. No instructions for how to access the digital copy.

Anyone else have this problem? Am I missing something?
