just finished watching this with my kid and we loved it. it was really funny in a crazy "fright night" sort of way. i hope they make another one, given the way it ends...it's worth at least a rental. if you love fright night then it's a buy for you!

Also thought it was great fun. But don't hope for a sequel because the chances of one is not good at all

I loved the movie as well. I had heard they are planning on releasing 3 in total. Condensing like 3 of the books from series into each movie or something along those lines.

yeah but is was a major flop. so that won't happen

Best vampire movie I've seen in awhile, loved it. 8.5/10 from me for sure. Very nice PQ and very solid AQ.

Saw it on Friday, was much better then I expected. I tought after seeing it that John C Reily was pretty good, I went in thinking that he was a bad choice to play a vampire. The movie itself does have a Harry Potter feel to it but that is not to surprising.

Not Harry Potter, kind of a teeny bopper version of Dracula at a circus though.

Didn't finish watching it, Neither my wife or I liked enough to sit through it. She likes Harry potter, I can't stand them either.

I watched about 20 minutes of this online and stopped to also order it. I REALLY liked this movie. It was a real surprise hit for me.
