This is really user preference, but since I can't decide, when do people generally consider a movie's alternate cut to be a formal part of its title? Here are three examples:
>Blade Runner: The Final Cut >Watchmen: The Ultimate Cut >Spider-Man 2.1 I think that the name of the cut actually belongs in the first two, since they involve more than just extended scenes and include changes in editing. "Spider-Man 2.1" should just be "Spider-Man 2," however, since it is just an extended cut. Thoughts? |
