Coniciding with the Diamond Edition release for Aladdin, Disney Movie Club will be releasing a 2-movie collection of the sequels on Blu-ray for the first time!

This will be a limited time exclusive window, and then open up to the public at a later time.

Good luck on that, you will be waiting for years for a general release, hell, Old Yeller and Pollyanna have not gotten a general release yet!

Those aren't animated either. 101 Dalmatians 2 was exclusive to DMC as well but then became available at retail later.

I haven't opened the next mailer, I'll check it tonight. It likely is in there too though, usually the two things are similar if not the same.

i.e.-- the OP already stated what the date is for this for a wide release. You come telling someone instead that it'll be years before it gets released

I'm really not surprised to see this come with digital copies. Springtime With Roo and 101 Dalmatians II: Patch's London Adventure came with digital copies, and those are "lesser" films than the Aladdin sequels.

Though I can understand why someone would guess, even though erroneously, that Aladdin II/III wouldn't come with digital copies, as the II/III movie collections for Cinderella and The Little Mermaid didn't. But those came out in 2012 and 2013, before Disney went all-out on digital copies (and their DMA service), so it seemed like digital copies were always more likely for this than not.

Well the current digital version is cropped.

If you meant entertainment wise, they are both good. King of Thieves is better, because Robin Williams reprises his role of Genie. He was absent from Return of Jafar.
