Encino man was awesome. I've been disappointed with everything else after that though. I had such high hopes.

One of my favorites is 18 Again! he's also in that. I can't believe we haven't seen any of these on blu.

I occasionally get kind of nostalgic for these movies. They're predictably dumb and low brow but harmless fun. Pauly Shore was one of the faces of the MTV generation of the 90s for a few years and the five or so films he did from 91-96 represent that era decently well. Most kids seemed to really enjoy those movies back in the day and I've seen the dvds on the shelves of the big retailers like WM for years. So I'd say there's probably some silent, unheralded popularity for his run.
