JB Hi-Fi recently: can you confirm whether the issue detailed

here has now been fixed in Australia, or if Australian Season Two sets are still being sent out with the defective disc?
Has anyone managed to get the corrected replacement disc directly from Fox in the US, or did you have to go through Fox in Australia?
And for anyone who's purchased the Australian Season Two Blu-ray from
overseas: were you able to get the corrected replacement disc sent out to an overseas address by contacting Fox in the US, or through Fox's Australian office?
