I still cant figure out how that happened to him. I mean he is filling up the seat pretty good and you would think that the restraints would fit him very secure. Geez. What a knee slapper though.

Well for one it is not a rollercoaster, it is that slingshot ride.

Pretty poor restraints in that too. I've never seen one that appeared to only have seatbelts instead of full restraints. Probably a cheap knockoff from a traveling carnival.
