For me the main two would be Lost in Translation and The Big Lebowski.
I first watched Lost in Translation when I was 15 and thought it was the most boring thing I had ever seen. I revisited it again at 21 and instantly fell in love with it, mostly because I was able to relate more to the characters and themes of the film. It is now my favorite movie. As for The Big Lebowski, I can't quite put my finger on why I didn't like it upon my initial viewing. It was just didn't "click" for me or something. The second time though, I thought it was the most hilarious thing I had ever seen. Currently it's not the most hilarious but it's still pretty great.
