You will buy the streaming services. You will sit at home and not go outside. You will own nothing, and you will be happy.

(ok so I was not aware of Cocaine Bear and googled the trailer, I didn't know I needed this movie so badly.)

James Cameron will continue to save the box office for the first quarter of the year at this rate

I'd imagine otherwise that Guardians Vol. 3 will be the bigger summer hit.

Saving theaters will not happen, yet the top of the list will be sequels and remakes.

Super Mario Bros is going to make absurd piles of money, mark my words.

This is the answer.

Look no further than the merchandise/concessions coming out of that Nintendo World land inside the Universal theme parks. The movie could probably halt the marketing right now, and it will likely still be Top 3 of the year at the box office.

Only movie theaters can save movie theaters.

I don't think a bear on cocaine will save theaters... I could be wrong on that assessment, but Mario will for sure pull in big numbers.

I’m also betting Guardians of the Galaxy becomes the biggest MCU movie since No Way Home and that Across the Spider-Verse and Mission: Impossible will score far higher than their predecessors from all the goodwill that has built up for them in the last 5 years and especially for Tom Cruise since Top Gun: Maverick

I think COCAINE BEAR will be your typical Twitter/Film Twitter/Social Media darling film. A lot of chatter and hype online believing it'll be big, and then it opens in the high single digits to low double digits because the majority of movie going audiences are either unaware, or doesn't care.

I'm already over the trailer. I'll still burn $5 on a Tuesday no matter how bad (great?) it is though.

I think the easy answer is what does every year, the MCU.

Ant-Man, Guardians and Marvels will all likely be big hits.

Unsure about in the States, but Transformers 6(???) and FAST X will likely continue to be big hits worldwide.

Super Mario Bros could be huge.

Cocaine Bear may be highly entertaining, but that had tank written all over it.

AMC=Bankrupt
Cineworld/Regal=Bankrupt for Sale.
Cinemark=??

All of their futures is in some form of Bankruptcy or Realignment.

This is the answer.

It is like watching TV at home, except you cannot throw people out.
