Talking Educated a CC shopper today

Bought a digital camera at Circuit City today, and overheard a "salesman" trying to sell a closeout HD DVD player to a customer to go with the Sharp Aquos TV he was buying.
I got him aside and "educated" him.

Aren't they giving a free Blu Ray player with the Sharp TV?

Either way nice job.

I think that if you buy 1 HD DVD movie, you get a free player ... how else are they going to get rid if them!

Firesales?

Cracker Jack boxes?

Buy 2 DVD's and get a free HD-DVD player?

Giving them away on street corners?

Using them in new Condo complexes to lay the foundation?
