We just keep choppin' away at any single foreign horror film that hasn't yet been "re-imagined" for American audiences...

Looks good. Might be worth checking out.

Sorta reminds me of that MonsterQuest episode about rods.

I'm not one to usually bash a studio for re-making a movie, but come on, this is getting a little lame. Every movie that even causes a ripple in the east doesn't need to be re-made here. Besides have any of the re-makes even come close to the originals? Sorry, I'm a big fan of Asian Horror and just wish that they would get released over here a little more often.

Agreed. For anyone who thinks this looks good (and I'm not sure how anyone could exactly think that at this point), go check out the 2004 original which is out on DVD. It might even be interesting for some to see that before heading out to see the remake and compare the two.
