Hey guys, I'm looking to purchase a laptop that has a WXGA 1280 x 800 screen and it says it supports 1080 full.
I just wanted to know if when I pop in a Blu-ray movie (there is a full Blu-ray player on the laptop), will it fully show at 1080p? by the way, the screen is 15.4" I know 1920x1200 WUXGA fully supports up to 1080p, but I wanted to be sure this did as well. Thanks guys, and the forums look great. By the way, this is the laptop I'm talking about: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16834117578 And here is the one that I was originally going to get - that has WXGA 1920x1200, but the above one is lighter, cheaper and seems like the better choice: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B000VCG6VE Last edited by Wondermaker; 02-04-2008 at 08:45 AM.
