sub question - Blu-ray Forum

I have a subwoofer that came with my htib that says it outputs 285 w(1KHz 10%THD). If I get a speaker set like this... Polk Audio RM705 which says the sub is only 100w... will i notice a huge drop off in boom?

The specs are pretty much garbage...no subwoofer would be operating at 1Khz.

Comparing specs is very hard to do with HTIB speakers...recommend you listen to them before you buy.
