The live-action Lilo & Stitch movie will be available to rent or own on digital platforms starting on July 22. It will then be followed by its 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, and DVD releases on August 26. In addition, Disney will also be releasing a must-have 4K UHD Blu-ray SteelBook edition, featuring a bold cover art with Stitch breaking through the cover.

Not for the US from what I can see. That member is referencing Italian releases. Disney releases their films in standard cases as well internationally. Would be nice if they mentioned that given that this is a US thread.

There has not been a standard 4K release for a new Disney branded title in North America since 2023 and that was a Disney Movie Club exclusive with the last one available via normal retail was in 2022.

Hopefully the US gets different art for the steelbook. I can’t remember if Disney keeps the same art across different countries or not.

At least the wait from digital to disc is not too long. Unlike some other studios who push digital with physical copy as a last resort
