Aw yeah, been waiting for these! THE TINGLER is solid platinum, my absolute fave Castle film. The subplot of Vincent dealing with his rotten wife is what really makes the movie for me. And STRAIT-JACKET is enjoyably trashy fun.

I have a couple people that I know with extra Woofers in their home theater sofas and chairs:
A track designed to excite those a bit more would be fun.

AWESOME! i saw these 2 back 28 years ago on TNT when i was 10 and enjoyed them as they are such thrilling classics and i'm a Price fan.

Great news! Just scrolled across the post while on Facebook. Enjoy both movies but I really love Strait-Jacket. Of course, I just bought the Sony Choice Collection DVD of it a little over a year ago but will gladly upgrade it to Blu-ray. Terrific little suspense-thriller.

Guess that rights mishap with Piranha II was a blessing in disguise because this might mean Sony and Shout! have expanded their deal!

Crazy coincidence! I do a movie themed activity period with my students one Friday each month. Today a student brought up the Thirteen Ghosts movie from 2001 and did not realize it was remake. I started talking about William Castle and the kids were so interested that we watched a little documentary someone made about his theatrical gimmicks on YouTube.

Funny thing is I just a few days ago pulled out my Tingler DVD and thought when the hell are we getting this great film on BD? Vincent Price on BD is always a very welcome announcement.

What the heck... I just pre-ordered The Tingler!

Will gladly pay the little more to get it two weeks earlier (Aug. 7th instead of the 21st). I'm a huge Vincent Price and William Castle fan.

Will also pick up Strait-Jacket, but not pre-ordering it.
