Good luck there’s so many rights issues involved with this film, and sadly I don’t think the company that owns it ever wants it to be released on Blu-Ray ever. It sucks honestly as I really do like this movie a lot, and I hope that changes at some point, but currently I don’t see that happening.

Produced by Arnold Kopelson's short lived company General Cinema Corporation (GCC) with Columbia distributing in the US, while the video rights were held by various entities. IIRC, the Kopelson estate owns the master copyrights for both but issues revolve around music clearance and finding film elements (of which Sony is strongly rumored to have the OCNs to both shuffled away somewhere, like with the R-rated cut of SNDN and The Farmer).
