Default TV settings and firmware questions
Just got my Sony KDL-46V3000 and Sony s-300 Bluray this week.. and out of the box I'm already out of my mind happy with them.
My questions -
1. How do I know if I need to update my firmware and where do I do this?

2. Does anyone have the same or similar TV and have any setting reccomendations for me? I currently use the 'vivid' setting for some BD's and a custom setting I have played with a bit for other BD's and DVD's.
I also have an Xbox 360 which looks great - but would accept any setting ideas.
