I was actually a little shocked that they didn't announce a Blu-ray version as well. Seems like as good a time as any.

Hopefully it will include a 5.1 audio track - this is the only season that didn't get one.

I'm sure Fox will announce a Blu-ray version of this closer to the date - it was one of the things they said was in the works at CES 2007.

Fox likely wouldn't announce till fall.

This has been in the works for SD DVD for awhile, they've been talking about it at least a year. With no 24 product to push for Christmas, it's the perfect time to shuffle those dollars into a Blu launch
